Can a handicap person get driving license issues for two wheeler?

sir i have right leg handicap i cant completly drive bike two wheeer i want license plz plz
Yes. If a handicap person can drive the vehicle bike or a car, he will certainly get the license to drive. An application has to be made to Motor Licensing Officer of the local government and medical fitness of vision, hearing, colour blindness has to be of required standard.
