Muslim want to marry Hindu will this affect custody of my daughter

Sir am a divorcee.and my ex husband remarried..and court gave custody of my daughter to me.and am a muslim.now i want to marry a hindu.and i want to kno how it will affect the custody of my child and my parents and my sister is willing to take care ber.and it is quiet sure that my ex husband wont demand custody of my child..sir please give me advice..for the same.

Madam,
You have not provided the age of your child and also the conditions, if any, imposed to you while giving custody of child to you. The custody of the child after attaining the age of 5 years depends upon th socio economic factors of the father and mother of the child. In case if your child is completed 5 years now, the father can file a case for the custody of thechild and in case if you marry a Hindu, not only the name of the father but alsothe religion of your child changes. In Muslim Law there is no Adoption and you need personal discussion with the advocate rerding this matter.
