Cheque issued to me bounced case in court but other party missing

I gave a cheque of Rs 8 lakh to a person with written document. But the cheque bounce and he refused to pay. I gave him legal notice and the matter is now in the local court. But now he is run away and I don't know whether he is now. So what can I do in this case and how my money is recovered .
