Huge amount deducted from my account bank is not responding

I enrolled with them by paint Rs 2500 in 2014.Again I paid them 2400 as demanded by them They again demanded i refused On there information no recruiter called me.In December 2015 they call me on Mobile for return of money.They ask me to come to ATM for generation of account code in which my amount of Rs 4900 can be refunded By doing so my amount of Rs 10000 were deducted to there account which they told will be refunded in 24 he's. Later they s/w off there mobile.On 3 Jan they call me with sorry & to come to ATM for regeneration of codeThey repeated it and finally my rs60000 amont deducte

Yes an action can be taken under the consumer protection code against the bank for any arbitrary deduction of the money
However in your case a simple legal notice may also compel the bank to refund any arbitrary deductions made by them
the query posted is not clear as to what the problem is

why have they asked you for money
do you have a account with the bank
what are the details of the transaction

Without wasting a single minute you must file a criminal complaint against them for cheating, criminal breach of trust etc, you are suggested to consults an advocate as soon as possible and also write a reference letter to your bank through your advocate please.
