Bank not returning the mortgaged property

Out of 229 sq.m.plot bank has sold 195 sq.m plot.I have settled the as per their its scheme. Bank has taken the sale proceedings and ots amount and the case is closed. My sale deed and correction deed were with bank. Now I am asking them the unsold 34 sq.m to be return to me. I request you to guide me how I should get back my 34 sq.m area from that plot

This case is related to mortgage or any kind of loan where property was handover to the bank as collateral security .. in this kind of case we like to see or inspect all the documents relation the financial transaction kindly send me u all document

If that is the case then you can ask the bank to return the remaining unsold property to you. If the bank refuses then you can approach high court and ask for relief. It is important that you have your documents in place.
