Served in army for 16 yrs, vol. retirement. Entitled to pension or not

07-Jan-2023 (In Armed Forces Tribunal Law)
I took voluntary pre mature retirement as Major in Army( Aviation Corps) with 16 years active service on 24 Aug 1984..During service I was medically down-graded to SHAP2E. Hence my flying career came to a halt. This forced me to get out of Army service. Presently I do not have any pension. Am I entitled to any pension. If yes, then how can I get it.

After serving for 15 years you should get pension. Please write to concerned authority for the same. From your query it is not possible to know the complete facts of the case and in this situation it is difficult to clarify and advise you correctly. You are suggested to provide the complete facts.
Thanks and regards
