Remedy for wrongful dissolution from membership of society

I joined a society formed for purpose of fighting our community cases legally. Paid member ship fees. They were to take up one of our pension cases jointly with armed forces tribunal ( AFT), Delhi. I paid another amount for that and vakalatnama. Filing of the case getting delayed so I wrote to the that is a paid service, so they must adhere to timelines. The President emailed that this was a an insult to some office bearers who were doing free service in office, and cancelled my membership and my name for case being taken up. He says they'll return money. What all can I do to stay on?
You can ask them in writing as to what grounds and under which provision of terms and conditions have they cancelled your membership,depending upon the foregoing it can be seen whether you have a case or not.
