Society members not sharing flat maintenance details what can be done

single flat owner among 6 flats the other flat owenrs - out of 6 ,1 owner having 3 flats and 3 was sold and 3 flats owned flat owner only handle the maintenace account they are spending money on their own and accounts not maintain proper doc - they stopped including me in flat related activities and also stop informing me regarding the happenings. They also stopped me showing monthly expenses even also i am paying my monthly maintenance charges correctly kindly advise
You can approach the civil court seeking the relief of direction, direct the defendant to submit the accounts related to the flat maintenance before the court and may seek injunction to restrain him to collect the amount in the name of maintenance.

Is the flat having a registered association/society? If yes, you can approach the registering authority with your complaint or else you issue a legal notice asking to provide all relevant details of the flat maintenance and also ask the person to have a committee formed for managing the affairs of the flat.
