We are student in times pro ( The times group of India ) institute they provide course PGDBM fees is 1,00,000( post graduate diploma in banking management ) when we was taken admition in institute they told us they provide 100% guranted placement in operation jobs in banking but they peovide jobs in Pure sales and package also less than three previous commitment nw we want to take legal action against institute or want to job in operation as per there commitment package

I have anticipatory bail did I need to change to regular bail . In ipc 406 I got ab I don't have any information regarding court proceeding nor I have any order . And police also didn't contact me . What to do now where I can get my case information My case no is 5061/2015

अग्रिम जमानत मे न्यायालय द्वारा स्पष्ट रहता है कि आप कितनी राशि की जमानत कातने दिन के अन्दर arresting police officer or court मेंं प्रस्तुत करेंं। पुलिस की दशा मेंं आप जमानत आदेश एवंं मय उतनी राशि का bail bond प्रस्तुत करना होगा और उसे regular कराने के लिए सम्बन्धीत मजिस्टेट के यहाँँ उतनी राशि के लिए जमानतदार की व्यवस्था करके न्यायालय मे आवेदन के साथ उपस्थित होकर उसे Regular करा सकना होगा ।
