Q: Girl concealed her educational qualification before marriage

I am on PR and married to my wife under Hindu Marriage Act in 2017. In my wife's biodata under education it was written "Diploma in degree running from in India". The day I met her in person in India and asked her in front of our parents, the status of her degree, she told me that she has already given her last papers and if she clears she will get the Bachelors degree. Now her result is out and she tells me that her degree is still 1 year away as she has yet to appear for her last Part. I want to understand my recouse as her education was an important factor in my decision for marriage and I did convey it to her before marriage. She also brought me under impression during our communication prior to marriage that she will get a Bachelors degree and now I am learning she is 1 year away from her Diploma degree. The Institute clearly says that they provide only bachelors equivalent. Can I apply for divorce under concealment as this lie has troubled me to roots?

Yes u can file divorce u/s 12 HMA .but u required to provide such documents or evidence ..in which it proves that she concealed the fact of education..because why u have not seen the educational qualification or confirm before marriage...

Q: Oppression by radha soami guru baba gurinder singh dhillon

I used to go to Radha Soami satsang in Delhi. I went there for 5 years. There I learnt that Baba Gurinder Singh Dhillon has spiritual powers. I learnt about his spiritual powers through his satsangs and also experienced those powers.Later I decided to not to go to the satsangs because I thought that it is not a nice place to go.Now it's been 2-3 years, he is negatively using his spiritual powers on me and destroying my life and oppressing me. When I go to the police station in Delhi they say that you must visit a psychiatrist and get treated by it. Police is ignoring me in this way, I am in severe pain. He (baba) is controlling and harassing me from inside my body. In his satsangs, he clearly says that there is a way inside the human body which takes us to the other worlds. In the books published by his dera it is clearly mentioned that he has spiritual powers and he does meditation to walk on the way which is inside the human body which takes him to the other world.

Dear Sir, Spirituals powers never works negatively or no guru can harass you, if your will powers are positive, no other power can oppress or destroy your life. presently you required to come out from your disease. if I Say belief or positive thinking is a big tablet in the world, you can easily overcome from this bad situation.or have patience, everything shall be all right.
