Withdraw a Case of BNS act 64(2) & 351(2) from CJM court

My girlfriend did a FIR against me because my family did not agree to merry her with me. I was now bailed because we are mutually agree to merry . So now we need to withdraw the case from cjm court. Please help me the process and how much time need to withdraw the case.

dear client as per your query since you want to withdraw the case you have to wait for trial During the trial the complainant at a certain stage may say for withdrawal of the case or you can also apply for quashing of the case in High court..
