जब मैं लगभग 15½ साल का था और मेरी कज़िन बहन लगभग 14 साल की थी, तब मैं लेटा हुआ था। वह आकर मेरे पास बैठ गई। उस समय मुझसे एक अनुचित हरकत हो गई और मेरे शरीर का निजी अंग, कपड़ों के ऊपर से, उसके नितंबों से स्पर्श हो गया। इस घटना को लेकर मैं पिछले 7–8 वर्षों से बहुत अधिक अपराधबोध और अवसाद में रहा हूँ। कभी-कभी मेरे मन में आत्महत्या के विचार भी आते हैं, क्योंकि मुझे लगता है कि मुझसे बहुत बड़ा अपराध हो गया। मेरा मन बार-बार सबसे नकारात्मक बातें सोचता है—जैसे कि उस समय मेरे निजी अंग में उत्तेजना रही होगी, स्पर्श किस तरह हुआ होगा, और कहीं यह बलात्कार तो नहीं था।

आप इस स्थिति में स्वयं को दोषी मानकर निष्कर्ष न निकालें। घटना के समय आपकी आयु लगभग 15½ वर्ष और आपकी चचेरी बहन की लगभग 14 वर्ष थी, इसलिए उस समय दोनों नाबालिग थे। केवल आज की यादों, अपराधबोध या मन में आने वाले विचारों के आधार पर यह निष्कर्ष नहीं निकाला जा सकता कि उस समय वास्तव में क्या हुआ था या वह कानूनी रूप से किस श्रेणी में आता था।

Based on the facts that you have shared, both you and your cousin were minors (under 18 yrs) at the time of the incident, which occurred 7 to 8 years ago.
