False accusation fear after breakup (consensual relationship)

I was in a consensual relationship with a girl, and we both have chats that clearly show mutual consent and plans for the future. After our recent breakup, I am worried she might file a false case against me out of anger. There was no force, threat, or coercion at any point — everything was with consent, which is visible in our WhatsApp messages. Please guide me on: 1. What legal precautions I should take right now. 2. Whether I should file any preventive or pre-emptive complaint. 3. How I can use my WhatsApp/chat evidence if any false case is filed. City: Delhi

Hello Sir, We can file criminal complaint under Section 149 CRPC / 150 BNSS Application. The preventive representation serves to safeguard your rights, which empowers the police to take note of possible wrongful complaints and maintain law and order. Also the preserved chats and records will be crucial in establishing that the relationship was consensual and voluntary, which directly negates allegations of sexual assault or coercion under Sections 376, 354, etc., IPC which will help to build our case before concerned authority. At this stage, filing a preventive representation before the concerned SHO/DCP is advisable. Keep all electronic evidence intact and engage counsel immediately if any formal complaint or FIR is lodged.
