You can get it registered in registrar office if the will is properly made in accordance with law in writing and in presence of witness with registration fee. Please feel free to contact for further advice.

If you need to make a will than contact a lawyer. Give him the details of your assets and let him know how you want to distribute it among your legal heirs. You will also need two witness so decide the name of 2 people whom u can trust. After getting the will drafted ur lawyer will get the appointment and registration part will be done.

If you provide me with all facts and documents I can draft the Will for you on nominal professional fee. You may contact me for the same through this website if you so desire and take appointment for personal meeting. I am in Delhi High Court.
