Hello, I needed someone to guide me with what the process is with legally writing a will in the most secure way. I have spoken to a lawyer locally and they just asked us to write what we needed and then get it notarised. He did not emphasize on registering it. I am confused as to what is the right procedure. Thank you for your time

For validity, sign it in presence of two independent witnesses. Notarization for security. Keep the original safely, as probate after death will require it.

where is the property is situated? In Will everything should be mentioned that how much share who will get . Also needed the ownership showing documents that is property card or sale deed, 2 witnesses etc. you can also registered at registrar office.
