purchased NA Plot No. 232 in Mundra, Kutch. In 2013, due to a plot identification mistake, the house was inadvertently constructed on the adjoining Plot No. 234 instead of Plot No. 232. However, all legal documents, including the sale deed, Gram Panchayat records, approved building plan, OC, property tax records, and utilitys are in the name of Plot No. 232. Plot No. 232 is currently vacant, and the original owner of is willing to exchange. Please give steps to do it proper solution.

In 2013, due to a mistake, the house was constructed on Plot No. 234 while all legal documents are in the name of Plot No. 232. Since both parties agree, the solution is to execute a Rectification/Exchange Deed at the Sub‑Registrar office. After that, Gram Panchayat mutation and utility records will be updated. This will legally align your house title with actual possession
