Q: I have purchase a property from auction question related to what I do
1) I have received a sale certificate from the bank but bank want to say tds you will pay then later on I will refund.but my question borrower have filed a case in DRT and NCLT then after they pass order in favour of borrower then tds amt is not get refund. 2) what is next processer after receiving a sale certificate from bank.3) stamp duty will refunded when court order pass in favour of borrower.What I should do with safeside.

if sale aside then sale certificate becomes void And bank must refund the sale consideration to you.but tds already deposited may not be automatically refunded by the income tax department.stamp duty can be refunded if the sale is declared void by a court.
