Running a proprietorship but yet not filed FORM-52

I have been running a proprietorship firm since Aug of FY-2014-15 but till date I have not filed FORM-52

Get the hearing done for the FY 14-15 and file form 52 for Financial year 2015-16 and 2016-17 . It still can be filed. For and further issue, share tour firm details . Also the business in which the firm is involved.

Dear Sir,

Do't wary, If you are not filed Form 52(Annual Return) then concerned Sector officer should be issued a notice under section 54(1)(22) of the UPVAT Act,for penalty upto 10000/- but this notice issued time ward and now he will issue a notice under 28(1) for finalize if the assessment then you shall appear along with books of account as well Annual Return Form 52.

You must file your annual return for all years as soon as possible. Otherwise, tax authorities may take any action that they have in laws. Additionally, last date of filing form -52 for the year 16-17 is 31 December 2017.
