Trasfer Petetion Hearing Time Frame And Personal Appreance
14-Apr-2023 (In Supreme Court Law)
Senior citizens and me must to come to SC to get trasfer petition hearing? Generally how long does it take to come to bench of SC for trasfer petition? If trasfer petition pending at SC ,what will happen to trail at city Court ?
The trial in the HC will not take place if the transfer petition is pending in the SC. And the concerned party must attend the hearing. But nowadays they can attend via online mode also. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
Usually a transfer petition is listed within four weeks party if party appear on one or two dates
petition is allowed then the case is transferred to the place desired by the petitioner else case continues mostly the court Supreme Court stays
If senior citizens r involved chances are better
Trial is stayed mostly
Advocate on Record only can file in Supreme Court

Trial court proceedings shall be stayed if the order of the SC says so.
Usually around one week after filing the Transfer it gets listed and heard.
You may come to attend the proceedings but the same is not a requirement. The Counsel representing you can file/argue.

There is no need to physically appear in the Supreme Court. You engaged Advocate on Record or counsel may appear on your behalf and make submissions. Listing is a different issue and depends upon how you maneuver registry. Generally. Supreme Court stays the trial till pendency of transfer petition.
