A transfer Petition is filed in Supreme Court if the case has to transferred from one state to another and if it’s from one district to another within the same state then High Court has powers u can share detail of the case and discuss further also Incase u need a transfer from Supreme Court you need to go thru an Advocate on are Record for the same cost and fees is different for all
