Documents Required to File SLP

Appeal in Division Bench against order of Single Judge was dismissed by the division Bench of High Court . For filing SLP in SC is certified copy of Judgement/order be sufficient along with certified copies of Writ appeal with Anexures or else the Certified copy of Order or certificate of fitness for appeal / refusal to give certificate of fitness are required . Please clarify,

For filing a SLP against the order of DB of the Hon'ble High Court;
1. Certified copy of the order you are challenging.
2. Typed Copies of all the annexures including Writ Appeal.
3. No Certificate required

For filing the Special Leave Petition only a certified copy of impugned order is required (if not available for that too an exemption application can be filed). Typed copies of all pleadings will be required. Please contact for further advise

Sir for filing SLP the certified copy of the impugned order with the certified copies of the writ appeal with annexures will be sufficient. Even if some certified copies are unavailable the petition may be filed with an exemption application

Hello
For filing a SLP under Article 136 before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, you would require the Certified Copies of the impugned Judgment/Order. You would also require all the relevant documents viz. Complete paperbook of the original writ alongwith the pleadings of the other side and the annexures. Similarly complete paper book of the Writ Appeal.
Please see, it is not a mandate that you require all the documents / annexures OR you need to attach the same in the SLP. But the same are required for the better preparation of your SLP.

Certified copy of the impugned order is required. If no available then application for dispensing for filing the certified copy is to be filed.
For any other relevant document true copy can be filed with the SLP.

U need to file SLP on requisite format along with certified copy of order and copies of documents in lower court
The SLP must be supported by affidavit and application of stay if any needs to be filed
