Case pending :- Land Acquisition Compensation

There is a case pending before the Supreme court related to the land compensation. And I have been wrongfully put in the respondent’s list not in the petitioner’s list . And my name is mentioned in the respondents list and it’s has mentioned me as a minor but I am above 18 years of age . It was done intentionally by the close relative by putting my name in the respondents list . Kindly suggest me how to get my name in the petitioner’s list and get the correction done ( minor - major) . The next hearing is within a week and I had no clue about this case stuff as it was made hidden by the close relative of mine .

We can file an application to bring this to the notice of the court. We will also have to set out what reliefs we want and if you are entitled to anything in the case. This is a very prima facie opinion, it is not possible to provide a detailed opinion at this time without a full discussion.
