Q: Can Obtaining Foreign Citizenship affect rights to ancestral property

My Father In Law, mother in law and Husband passed away and did not leave a will. I am a Foreign Resident, If I obtain Foreign citizenship and give up Indian citizenship, will that affect my or my children's rights to the share in father-in-law's property under Hindu Undivided family law or otherwise?

Q: issue regarding elegibility criteria of MSc admission at NIT

I was preparing for iit jam mathematics for 2 years , i was mention in eligibility criteria of respective nit and ccmn special eligibility criteria that student with mathematical in all semesters is elegible for admission in masters programme which is also mention in information brochure of ccmn 2023 , but they introduce a mapping criteria in which my degree name B.A. hons mathematics is not mention so they are saying that u can apply irrespective of i am eligible i mailed everyone but no action

Can i move to abroad permanently with my 5 month infant child after filling divorce case in India. Should i have to take noc from my husband? And who will conduct the case on behalf of me?
