Which Website refer for succession cert already issued by other heir

Good evening. My grand father has died in Delhi. How can I know if my uncle has raised a succession letter? I mean he would have deliberately not given my address. I know concerned Authority raises this in news paper. But how can I know through website easily? And if website is not there then which newspaper I should look for. Website is preferable. Thanks
There is no such procedure. Maximum what you can do is to go and get it checked with the concerned Sub- Divisional Magistrate who do issue surviving heir certificate. As far as succession certificate is concerned that is only issued by court upon filling of petition wherein the court call all the legal heirs and ask if they have any objection to the same or not. The publication is done for anyone else other than legal heirs if they have any objection for the same. So it can only be found from the concerned court through lawyers.

All you can do is check by your uncle's name on the ecourt site if your uncle has filed a case for succession certificate in the concerned court.
Same is for the newspaper , it can be published in any newspaper. It is very difficult to check the same.

You can check the same on ecourts website of the distruct where the deceased was ordinarily residing, under the head case status by putting the name of your uncle abd the year. This is basically a hit and trial merthod. Otherwise you can check isnt any mutation or selling of the said property already undertaken by your uncle or nkt
