Legal notice for claiming pension benefits of it's heirs

07-Feb-2023 (In Succession Certificate Law)
Sir today I got a legal notice from unknown person saying that he is also son of my late father... He sent a copy of notice to my father's office and claimed rights over my father pension and other entitlements.. Its notice by advocate not by Court... On that basis, can my father's office stop my mother's pension and other benefits until he proves his heirship. He has no documents.... Request clarify on the matter... Thank you

under these circumstances it is always beneficial to give a strong reply to such notices as the issue would be taken up before the court at one point or the other. so also, the office cannot stop the pension till there is any order from a competent court directimg them to do so.
