My brother expired. Had goverment job. His wife without divorcing went away 25 years back. The other married woman without divorcing his husband with 3 childred was living with my brother for 25 years. As a sister am i entitled to go for a succession certificate
Yes you can apply for succession Certificate. If she is not legally wedded wife. You comes in schedule of Hindu Succession law, So you are entitled to claim. But if his first wife apply then she might be the first claimant.
