i want to know about RTI ACT. how can i verify back ground verification of university's degree with the helf of RTI..?

Whether the university comes under public authority or not? If comes under govt. Then you can trace the validity of the degree. University is affiliated under ugc or any other affiliation authority first we have to look into then we have to find out the courses whether they r allowed by the affiliation.
