Procedure to file RTI to get information & details of a joint account

I want info about RTI due to I want to file RTI AGAINST COMBINE ACCOUNT OF THREE PERSON NAME, and could I GET THAT ALL INFORMATION ABOUT THE ACCOUNT 1) All transaction of this account 2) and what is the amount in that account 3) details of any activity like fund transfer to any other account. 2) money withdraw.
First of all you will have to file a complaint with the police if there is any fraudulent transactions taken place and of that concerns you then you may raise and RTI application and find out about the same. bank details are a very confidential thing so if you have suffered any damage and hence you are claiming that then only the authorities will help you if it is not a genuine case then you may be in fix.

1. No , You have no right to file RTI regarding bank account information of your friends or any of the other person .
2. Only Bank officer have right to file RTI regarding account information but not to stored such information for spreading or distributing , they have right to use in banks confidential matters but only in the bank related matters which is very important & tax issues .
3. You can not file such type of RTI . You can file RTI only in department of such person which they are working and collect the information their salary or any commission . But , Importantly they were all are working in specific department which RTI should be applied .
