I need certain help related to the personal accounts of husband

we are hindu. husband working in Noida . but stays in delhi. husband wife not living together for last 8-9 months. husband files petition under sec 9, can wife under RTI ask husbands company for his salary details and residential address????
Hello, RTI is a channel for seeking information in the Public Interest. Every Government Authority falls under the purview of Right to Information Act, but its not mandatory that every private office is under RTI act. You want the information off your husband regarding his salary, his address etc through RTI, but here it is not clear that for which office your husband works.
