आवेदन पत्र के साथ आवेदन शुल्क रू दस का पोस्पल आर्डर या डिमांड ड्राफ्ट लगाना न भूलें ।

Dear friend, your not mention that in which district your father last in job? You take information from Tersiory(mostly in DAM office) in your father concern department district. You should metion your father death-date and your question in your RTI application.

Ans : You can get the required information in respect of your father, as mentioned by you, from the same office from where your father retired or died when working . In alternate you can also get information from the head office of the sanitary department as your father was working under it.
