RTI cannot be used in this manner against private citizens. RTI can be used only against public bodies. If you have a domestic issue, I would advise you appoint a local lawyer and proceed against them in court.

No private information of an individual can be provided under RTI. Such information is exempt from disclosure under Section 8 of the RTI Act. Hence it is not possible to seek such information accordingly.

The information desired by you may fall in personal information category and may not be easily obtainable under RTI wihout the consent of your husband.
However if you need this information to prove a point in a legal dispute, you may request the Court to direct the opposite parties to furnish the same to court, as it is with them and in their possession, to assist the court to decide the matter justly.
I have been advising people that RTI is a means to obtain the information available in records of Public Authaurity for a public purpose and not to settle personal scores.

I trust this clarifies the position.
