What to do if partner ran away with the profits of the company

My patner take 7 lac from me as a loan to invest in our business.I have 2 blank cheques.he run away to take profit n my 7 lac,he has no any property.house is name of his wife.now,what can i do.
If you have blank cheques, fill the desired amount and submit the cheques into bank and get it bounced, then send a legal notice and proceed with a complaint case of Negotiable Instrument Act .
Or you can also proceed with FIR under section 406,420 IPC but I this will not help you in getting money returned.
