Want stay order for my property auction by bank

bank waley mere property ke auction karne waley he ...mujey stay lene he ....aur unone 10 lakh ka loan tha ab 22 lakh rs banae hue he ..mujey interst maf ya kam karwana he ....pls help me

Please provide more details. Has the auction been ordered by a court or drt? If yes then we can move the court file an application for stay. If not, then we can file a fresh case in court to obtain a stay. Need to know the details first. Regards

For that you have to go as urgent mentioning in high court the court now to be closed for winter vacation in that you get stay if you have ground for his in that the execution petition has been filed in that your property is being sale, and in your how many year you are not able to pay your loan what is the interest amount in that many more thing the booklet you have signed at the time of Laon read it if there is any reason you find n that its good for you go for case as early as possible.
