Q: It is legal to have sex with my girlfriend

Is it legal to have sex with my girlfriend at my home before marriage if we both are adults? Can my neighbor object or can any policeman interfere in this regard? Please advise.

Q: Missed 3 EMIs for car laon case filed what defense can I take

Hi sir, I had took a car loan in Feb 2013 from HDFC bank and paying all the EMI's monthly. Recently one person came to my home and asking to come to karkardooma court on 15th Feb 2016 for my case hearing of car loan. Sir due to sister marriage I was unable to pay 03 EMI in March, April and may 2015 months. After that I am continuously paying every month EMI to the executive, it is not deducting from my account in the form of ECS as my salary is always late and I am paying all EMI's to the executive. kindly suggest sir.

Sir, as you are paying your EMI on time and for last three month you are not to pay for some reason what you in your question. in that you do not to worry you can go court and tell you are interested to pay the laon amount due too some reason you are not able to pay so take some time to pay this is first contention.Second Contention if some of the Executive take payment from you a you said so you have a slip of it produced it in the court that the payment is made by you.

Q: Should I sign first motion papers no clause for dowry return articles

We have agreed for mutual divorce but I want to know should I sign documents for 1st motion but there is no clause for return of my dowry articles should I sign that document or not

if you don't want any article than you can sign the First motion of HMA for Divorce other than there is any dowry is still with him or you want it than it will not a good to sign a HMA Petition. however it depends upto you how you want to deal with it because the First Motion is file then there is statement is recorded by the party.

Q: Have to return loan to a person can he take any legal actions?

Hi, i owe a person 80000 rupees and he is filing a case against me and i am unable to pay due to my financial issues. What are the consequences that i may face. Will i get jailed or what case can be levied against me. Please i need advice urgently as it is effecting my new job alot.

if you don't have money then whatever you have in your name the court sold you property or immovable property in your name and after that first you contest the case and in between you have money just tell the court by moving an appropriate application that you are ready to settle the matter.

Q: Person took loan and went to abroad how to recover the money?

A person took loan from some people and now at the time of returning money he flee to abroad and surety who is in India does not have money. How to recover in this case.

You have any Memorandum or some thing which is writing then it can be recover but that is paper is duly attested by any of the court official then it be liable to court and the other thing what amount you have given to the surety person and the surety has said in the letter that if the person who take loan ot liable to pay then surety will give you all this you have in writing.
