Travel Agent not returning the un utilised air ticket refund

Please be informed that we have booked Etihad Airways, tickets on 30th October, 2019, for journey on 13th May 2020, through, but the flight got cancelled, due to Covid-19 Lockdown Restrictions and since then, we are following the travel agent for the refund against un-utilised tickets.
During covid lockdown many of the flights were not refunding amount however was giving the option to use reschedule the flight or reuse the same for an year or so. However many of the passengers did not utilise the same and there money got into vain. Please send a legal notice as soon as possible to claim the amount as the lockdown was not due to any of your fault. Please feel free to contact

Well due to Covid-19 Lockdown many people faced the similar issue but in order to compensate many companies gave the passengers an extension for flight tickets that the same can be used with a year’s time period or some companies even refunded the amount, as no one is liable for Covid-19 pandemic.
if you haven’t received any claim from your travel agent then in that case send him a legal notice as soon as possible in order to claim your money back.
