Took loan for a friend, now he is not returning

I took loan for a friend and now he is not giving the emis. I transferred the loan amount online. Can I send notice and file the case?

In this regard, i advice you that you can very well file for the suit for recovery and furthermore your claim depends upon the documentation you have that can be through messages and written agreement you might have deduced in writing at the time advancing him the money. Hi sir how much was the loan amount and all what is he saying and all when did the amount was been taken and all what he I saying now and alll u can just send a small Notice and all tell him if he doesn’t pay the amount and all then a recovery suit will be filled against them. Or file a complaint against him in the local police station

yes sure.You file a suit for recovery against him but firstly send him a legal notice demanding back your money as in most of the cases the person recovers the money just by sending the legal notice to the party
