REFUND OF ADVANCE PAID FOR CONSTRUCTION.

AN BOOKING ADVANCE AMOUNT OF 3LAC WAS PAID TO HOUSEJOY FOR CONSTRUCTION IN JUNE 2020.
TILL TODATE THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING,NOT STARTED THE CONSTRUCTION. THEY ARE REFUSING TO REFUND THE AMOUNT TOO.
WHAT SHOULD WE DO?

since you have already paid 3 lakhs rs as advance and they didnot started construction and due to this they failed to hand over the property to you means, first you should send a legal notice to them asking for either to refund the said amount along with interest or to handover the completed property to you, for any legal assistance kindly contact me, thanks

Issue a legal notice for deficiency in service and unfair/ illegal trade.
Seek a refund of the amount together with interest and compensation within a stipulated time. Failing which, you’d have to approach the consumer forum and file a complaint.
