Recovery of money from a friend around 1 lakh

I have send money to one pf my friend in pune, i have call recordings and transaction details ( around 1.10 lakh ). Can i send him notice. He hasn’t given a single penny

Yes you can successfully send a legal/recovery notice stating that you have taken the money from me & I have got all the details. Give me my amount or face legal action which will be at your own risk.

Yes , you can send a legal notice to your friend . Also you can file a civil case against your friend. If you have a cheque regarding this then you can file a 138 complaint against your friend . If you don’t have any cheque then you can file a recovery case against your friend .

Yes you can send a legal Notice to your friend for recovering the said amount. You can give 15 days notice to your friend and if he doesn’t abide by the same then you can proceed to file a suit for recovery in the court of law. Please feel free to contact for any further legal assistance.

Yes, you can ask for your money in a legal Notice, after that you can file a suit for recovery. Take records of these call recordings and transaction records for evidence in the suit. For proper procedure hire a lawyer.
