Received filing suit against credit card debit

I had medical issues in family hence not able to pay credit card dues now they become burden and getting legal notices ...i need 2 years time to settle the cards help me

hi if they are continously harassing you for payment of debts and constantly troublling you then you could approach the court seeking relief from court to direct the banks and institutions to not to harass and not to pressurise you and follow the guidelines of RBI

You can immediately send a written representation to the bank or recovery agency explaining your genuine medical hardship and requesting time for settlement under RBI’s One Time Settlement (OTS) or restructuring guidelines. Mention your willingness to clear dues within 2 years and seek a written acknowledgment. Do not ignore legal notices — reply through an advocate to prevent further legal action. You can also request the court for instalment payment relief citing financial distress and medical grounds.
