Q: By Sister in law filed a false Petition in police station on my family

My sister in law, due to her before marriage affairs, when it was revealed, she is demand property or else she is saying that she go na file 498 case on complete family.So what should I do.

Q: Parents threating over my decision of my love marriage my family love

I was the guaranter for certain amount to person and he did not paid the the amount.So financier filed case and court debited emi amount from my salary account and completed.After the person repaid the amount to financier. Now how can i proceed further to reclaim the amount which got debited from my salary. And where will the amount go after debited from my account .
