personal loan and credit card debt of living insolvent parent to child

18-Jan-2023 (In Recovery Law)
Hi, My mom has taken a PL of 5 lac and has o/s of 1.5 lac on her credit card. She has stopped working now and living with another family (man), possibly might marry that man in future. Now she has stopped making payments to these loan and credit card bills. The monthly payment goes from a joint account with mine and her name. So now am I liable to pay these loans. Further, my father is no more and my father's property is still under joint name and is too complicated. My father's property will be inherited by me as well as her. But I have not inherited anything from her.
