Person is not returning Money since last 2.5 months
15-Jan-2023 (In Recovery Law)
3 months before I gave 20,000 rs to person who my relative requested. I have his phone contact no. and the proof of the amount given to him. He doesn't answer the calls and neither I know his precise living address. Whenevedr we ask him to return the money he always says to return in 4 days and he doesn't. Initially he said he would return in 10 days.
Please guide on how to approach this matter. Thanking you in advance
