Pending dues of loan of Rs 25000. Pls help

I took loan from dhani app Rs 25000 after 2 months I am not able to pay their money now they are issued a legal notice through Mr. Ashok narwate. Pls help I need 2 extra month. Note: I take loan on another name of family member who not live with me .
If you have taken loan and defaulted in repayment then you would require to repay the same within the time stipulated.
