party has received advance but not delivered the product, what to do

On 26th June 2017,For procuring Quartz ( a kind of mineral stone, used in steel plant as supplementary raw material) an advance of Rs 25000/- given to a party via online transfer to party bank accounts. Party is well known. but party has not supplied any material. After long discussion over phone, he agreed to return back my advances, Now he is not taking my phone calls even new numbers. I felt that party has cheated me. Kindly help us whether we can recover the money from him under which section of law.

yadi party aapko aapke diye huye paise wapas nhi kar rha hai to aap uske against cheatting ka case kar sakte ho aapke area ke police station me.

Aur apne paise wapas maang skte ho.
Iske liye aap kuchh documents apne complain letter ke sath sabmit kare.

Agreement
Payment mode/ Banks statement
Aur apne hone wale loss ke baare me jarur likhe.

Aap mujhse mail bhi kar skte hai

As per your matters regarding the issue its is clearly showing the 420 offence.. I suggests you ti consult with your desired advoacte to go for legal proceedings as soon as possible .... This is done as fraud.

you can file a B class recovery suit at your dist.if you are listed in a small scale industries then you do not need to submit stamp duty. if you are a trador / businessman you have to deposit stamp duty
