Q: anticipatory bail in 498A got dismissed from session court
my wife is separated from me last from 3 years and now after 3 years se has lodge wrong fir against me for 498A when I have sent legal notice to her for section 9 . 9 lakh rs was transfered by my father in law in my mother's bank account before my marriage . But after my marriage I have never demanded for dowry . But when I have applied for anticipatory bail in session court it got desmissed . Now I want to apply anticipatory bail from high court . Is there any chances I will get the anticipatory bail from high court .

yes there is chance ,if there is sufficient ground prima facie .you should have to prove your bonafide for granting bail from high court and also ask for presenting 2 surity competent. one more thingyou will conveyance that the fir is for only humiliation to the husband and his family.

Q: Legal remedy in case of stray cats being killed by neighbours
Is there any law in India for protecting stray cats in the locality as my neighbour has killed two cats and thrown them in open water well present in his premises and when I opposed it, they threatened to take severe action on other stray cats in the locality with the help of local municipal authority if stray cat enter his premises as he dislike them. Please suggest your kind opinion how can I protect the innocent cats from his cruelty.

you can complain to munisipal authority under cruelity to animals act and as wel as forest authority in your relevant dist. The police authority does not acting in this act because they generaly for law and admn.
