I ordered some Books but books were not sent, Also no refund made. Seller is creating disputes

you can approach to your nearest police station and make a cyber complaint for cheating and harassment. or you can contact to your lawyer for send him legal demand notice for your funds. contact me for more information.

Hello, You can send the well detailed email to the seller for refund in case he denies then you should send the legal notice stating all the details to the seller for 15 days as seller cannot denie your refund as the seller has deliberately tried to defraud you.

you haven't mentioned any company name. have you ordered from any specific company? if yes then you can you can send legal notice to that particular agency or company. if you will not get any answer then then we can file a suit competent Court.
