no cancellation policy for the product exists?

I visited one of the branded store to purchase the furniture. However, we have shortlisted 2 beds made a payment to higher product and asked the sales rep not to invoice until we call and they gave the quotation bill to us. That is not invoiced. Later we came back home after researching the products that we have found the product is at higher pricing. Hence, we have asked them to cancel and reverse the payment. However, the company says they don't have a cancellation policy once ordered

hi first need to see the amount of payment made by you to the company and if any receipt was issued for the payment and need to see the terms and conditions of the company and based on that you could send them legal notice
