I gave some money to one person, i sent the money online I

I lent some money to one person online for interest, i don't have any proof like Cheque or promissory notes, i only have bank statements, I want to file a case on him, will I get the money soon , how long does it take to get the money once i file the case ?

HI you given money to your friend and you didn't receive any proof from your friends , now he is not returning your money , you can give a complaint at the Police station but you go with an advocate, and also we file a case , you can get the money in court.....further updates you can approach us

hi you could file a civil suit for recovery of money in competent civil court asking for recovery of money with interest and that you could keep the bank statements as proof of sending the amount to him
