Money not returning back after repeated deadline given.

How to recover my money back if that person keep on giving different reasons to delay giving back the money

First of all rather than going legally you should serve him/her a legal notice and in that notice you can write that either pay my money or face legal action which will be at your own risk. After that if he/she fails to give you a satisfactory reply then you can anytime file a recovery suit in the court to claim your money back along with compensations.

you need to file cases agaist that person if you have evendince in you r support and mode of payment and purpose of payment. so many years back the payment was made. in which condition the payment was made you can file criminal and civil cases.

you need to send a legal Notice , if you send the legal Notice ,after receiving the legal notice they will return the money,if they didn't return the cause of action arise against him,the process is very simple

you have to file suit for recovery to get your money back and for you will require a lawyer who will send notice to the person from whom you want your money back. Without a court case there is no way to recover the money.
