You can send a legal notice to a bank in order to propose the terms of the settlement you are looking for and the reason for the settlement. You can propose your terms and the need for settlement to the bank by sending a legal notice, in order to bring them to table to settle your issue with them. First step will be entering into oral conversation with Bank representative(s) to discuss terms on which you and they would want to settle. Once the same are agreed, you can then enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Bank which shall capture the terms and conditions on which both the parties have agreed to settle. Take help of an advocate to capture everything properly.
