Litigating an ecommerse site that took money without delivering produc

I have a business account with Amazon, where purchases can be counted as business expenses. I purchased some equipment this week totaling about 1 lakh rupees, but an hour after the confirmation my account was blocked and money charged. It's been five days now, and Amazon has not resolved this issue, or refunded my money. I would like to file charges on a few charges - from consumer contract violation to business fiscal loss. Can someone please guide if this pursue is worth it and how to approach

for getting back the money deducted from your account you can file a case for recovery of money. you can also seek compensation for loss of profit and for violation of the contract and any other ancillary cost incurred by you. the case is filed as a summary suit and the time for recovering the money is very short as compared to other civil cases. should you have any questions please feel free to contact me.

We can firstly serve the officials with a legal notice seeing recovery of money due and payable to you and in case they fail to return back the due amount, we can prefer a consumer complaint before commission seeking return of money along with appropriate interest
